Copyright and takedown policy
This policy explains how Swivver handles copyright complaints, removals, and counter-notice requests in an early-stage environment.
Last updated: March 3, 2026.
Submitting a copyright complaint
If you believe content on Swivver infringes your copyright, send a notice to contact@swivver.ai with enough detail to identify and review the material.
- Your name and contact details.
- A description of the copyrighted work.
- The specific URL or location of the material in question.
- A statement explaining why you believe the use is unauthorized.
Review and action
Swivver may remove, restrict, or label content while a complaint is reviewed. We may also request additional information from the reporting party or uploader.
Counter-notice requests
If your content is affected and you believe the complaint is incorrect, you may submit a counter-notice with supporting context and a good-faith explanation.
Repeat violations
Repeated or severe copyright violations may lead to stronger enforcement actions, including suspension from relevant programs.
Good-faith requirement
Copyright reports and counter-notices should be submitted in good faith. Knowingly false or abusive submissions may result in enforcement actions.
